Our Tech, Cope Reynolds is superior to anyone else who has installed before. If I have questions, he answers so that I and my husband can understand. When he first installed the unit, it was a horrible day weather-wise. It was raining, snowing and horrible cold wind. Cope withstood it all, If I could, I would give Cope 15 stars.
