Mel has over 35 years' experience in the Electronic Control/Communications business.
Mel has played a major part in the launch of MAX Internet from the beginning and is constantly monitoring the system, making sure your Internet service is continually running smoothly.
Installation Manager/Lead Technician
Michael has a background in Computers and Computer Networking.
He's been with MAX Internet since its opening and is instrumental in constructing all of our towers and installing the equipment on them.

Raelynn is the Office Manager and in charge of customer service and billing. Her job is answering the phone and any of your questions about your bill, new service or trouble reports. She will then dispatch the Technician out to install or repair your service. She is also happy to help troubleshoot with you and help you with any router issues.
